By purchasing from Hoogals, you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions implemented by the shop.

  • Price. All prices are fixed. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

  • Colors. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible. However, item may appear light / darker in picture due to lighting. Brightness is adjusted esp, on gloomy weather.

  • Return of Product. Items can be exchanged unless faulty. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges.

  • Condition. Items are thrifted unless stated brand new. Please manage your expectations on items that are thrifted / preloved. Items are steamed, washed, and ironed.

  • Commitment. Do not order if you are not committed on getting the item. Please be 100% sure before placing an order.

  • Delivery and Shipping. We aim to ship / deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes we cannot avoid courier's delay.

  • Acceptance of Terms. To shop with us, just send your order form. If you disagree with any part of the terms please let us know.

Etiquette

  • Hoogals has the right to cancel an order from rude, impatient, and bogus buyers.

  • Hoogals will not be held accountable for the customer’s lack of knowledge regarding the terms and conditions.

  • Make sure your mention notifications are turned on, so you will be notified for confirmation.

  • Once acknowledged, send your order form right away.

  • Each customer is required to fill out the order form for every collection.

  • Again, please be 100% sure before placing an order.

Invoice

  • Hoogals will send your invoice through DMs.

  • Double-check the invoice you received, and let us know if there are corrections.

Payment

  • Pay on or before the deadline for payment.

  • Make sure to upload your proof of payment, so we can confirm your payment.

  • Payment confirmation will be sent through DMs within 24 hours.
